PAYMENTS
Our farm uses SQUARE for credit and debit payment processing online or at the farm. We do accept cash payments when convenient.
All card payments are handled off site. No customer information or credit card details are stored or accessible via this website. Card details are retained by SQUARE. We do not have access to card details.
Orders - Payments
Payment is required same day as ordering. When we receive your order we will email you an invoice via SQUARE (always check your junk/spam folder if you dont receive it)
Invoices not paid in 24 hours will be cancelled and only reissued at our discretion.
Orders NOT confirmed until paid for.
We do NOT accept COD orders.

Orders cancelled prior to the day of dispatch - Full refund
Orders cancelled same day as dispatch - $50 restocking fee applies.
For Biosecurity reasons No refunds available once live product has left the property.
