We use bookings to determine the number of staff we require on the day to make you experience enjoyable and fun. If you cancel your booking and do not re-book a cancellation fee may apply.

Full refund will be given in the event that we have to cancel your booking due to rain or other events that compromise your safety.

Cancellation Fees - Prepaid Bookings

Singles / families / Groups less than 10 : Full refund if cancelled 1 or more days prior to booking. 

Same Day Cancellation - $5 per person. No fee if re-booked for another time.

For a Group Booking if at least 50% of the people show up - Full refund for each no show person.

Tour Groups: 10 or more persons.

More than 2 days Notice - Full refund.

1 day or same day - $10 per person if not re-booked at the time of cancellation. 

Unruly behaviour

No refunds will be given to any person asked to leave the property for unruly / anti-social / non compliance with staff instruction or possession of prohibited items in the yellow or red zones.
